Education changes everything. In Burundi, many families struggle to afford school fees or live too far from proper classrooms. Without access to learning, children face a future limited by poverty, unemployment, and lack of opportunity.

At Burundi Parables Christian Ministries, we believe every child is created by God with purpose — and education helps unlock that God-given potential. Through our primary schools, we are opening doors to a brighter future for the next generation of Burundi.

🌟 Featured: Gasakuza Primary School

Gasakuza Primary School is one of the largest and most impactful education ministries of BPCM. It serves a rapidly growing number of children who would otherwise have little or no access to education.

Inside these classrooms, children are learning to read, write, solve problems, build relationships, and grow in faith. Teachers and staff model Christian values, creating a nurturing environment that builds confidence and restores dignity.

The school campus includes:

• Outdoor learning spaces
• Dedicated teachers and support staff
• A growing and joyful student community

🚧 Challenges & Urgent Needs

While Gasakuza School is a place of blessing, the need is great and growing.

Based on the current situation and school building documents:

• Overcrowded classrooms — too many students for the available space
• Unfinished classroom blocks — buildings need completion to accommodate enrollment
• Shortage of desks & supplies — many students sit on the floor or without proper materials
• Limited teaching resources like books, chalkboards, school meals

Children are eager to learn — but resources remain limited.
